# Comment savoir s’il a répondu à ma demande de renouvellement ?

## Être informé de la réponse de la demande de renouvellement d'ordonnance.

Sur Myconsultation.be, vous recevez une notification et un email dès que votre praticien répond à votre demande de renouvellement.

Pour consulter la réponse :

- Connectez-vous à votre compte.
- Cliquez sur "Notifications" dans le menu supérieur.
- Suivez le lien vers "Renouvellements acceptés" ou "Renouvellements refusés" dans le menu "Interactions".

Si la demande est acceptée, vous pouvez télécharger l’ordonnance.

Si elle est refusée, le praticien vous proposera un rendez-vous pour réévaluer la situation.
