# Comment ajouter un proche ?

## La création d'un proche est super simple sur Myconsultation, gérez tous les rendez-vous médicaux de votre famille en un seul compte !

Sur Myconsultation, vous pouvez aussi gérer les rendez-vous médicaux de vos proches.

Pour ajouter un proche à votre compte, veuillez :

- Connectez-vous à votre compte.
- Cliquer sur "Mes proches" dans le menu au dessus à droite.
- Cliquer sur le bouton bleu "Ajouter un proche".
- Compléter le formulaire de création de votre proche.

 Une fois que votre proche est lié à votre compte, vous pourrez prendre rendez-vous pour lui et gérer ses rendez-vous en vous connectant à son compte.

N.B : Deux comptes indépendants peuvent être reliés ensemble ou deux comptes reliés peuvent être dissociés. Vous pouvez contacter le support pour associer ou dissocier vos comptes.
